LifeSOS AI
Privacy & Trust

Your safety data belongs to you.

This page is maintained by LifeSOS AI to answer common privacy and security questions about how the app collects, shares, and protects your data. It is app-owned editable content and does not represent an independent certification.

End-to-end encryption

Location, evidence, and medical ID are encrypted in transit and at rest. Keys stay on your device.

Emergency-only sharing

By default, location is shared only during an active emergency or on a trip you explicitly start.

Family permission settings

Choose what each contact sees — location, medical ID, or alerts only. Revoke anytime.

Delete on request

Wipe incident history, evidence, or your entire account with a single tap. We don't keep a hidden copy.

Consent-based tracking

No hidden background tracking. Every sharing state has a visible on-screen indicator.

You control disclosure

Evidence recording, medical profile visibility, and emergency broadcast are individually toggleable.

Data we handle

A plain-language summary of what LifeSOS AI stores, why, and how long. Detailed policy language should be reviewed and approved by your legal team before publishing.

Live location
Streamed only during an active emergency or a user-started trip. Not retained after resolution unless you save it to incident history.
Medical ID
Stored on your device and encrypted. Shared with responders only during an active alert.
Evidence media
Photos and audio you capture stay in encrypted family storage. Deletable per item.
Emergency contacts
Names + numbers you invite. Never used for marketing.
Device sensors
Fall, crash, and inactivity signals run on-device. Raw sensor data never leaves your phone.
